Ordering NuStar™ Apparel

1. Call, fax, or email us your order. If you don’t have artwork, we will do it for you. If you already have a logo and or a set-up that you want to keep, please send it to us as a .jpeg or in any vector format.
2. We will email you back a confirmation and will follow that email with an artwork approval message. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL SO WE CAN CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.
3. After confirming the artwork and having made payment arrangements, we will begin production of your order.
4. Orders are checked by 3 different departments for accuracy before final shipping.
5. All of your set-ups are saved and catalogued for easy re-ordering. Initial orders take 1-2 weeks to process. Large orders may take longer – please try to give us as much notice as possible.

Re-orders are filled within 10 days.

Rush service available when our busy production schedule will allow for it.
